New ThreatModeler partner program helps capitalize on growing demand for DevSecOps – SiliconANGLE

Automated threat modeling solutions provider ThreatModeler Software Inc., today announced the launch of a new partner program designed to help partners capitalize on the growing demand for DevSecOps solutions.

The ThreatNet Partner Program helps partners cater to customers’ demands to address evolving threats and mitigate risk effectively, focusing on building strong relationships aligned with the company’s proactive, secure-by-design approach to security. DevSecOps refers to the practice of integrating security testing at each stage of the software development process.

The company says the program fosters opportunities through resellers, distributors and original equipment manufacturer offerings, as well as through technology partners that can certify that their solutions integrate with ThreatModeler’s application programming interface-based solutions. Technology partners can also receive a badge that showcases their partnership with ThreatModeler.

The program offers access to a range of benefits, including competitive deal registration, sales support, training and certification, industry insights and marketing support. ThreatModeler has also launched a new partner portal that offers product information, a content library of marketing materials and sales tools to facilitate deal registrations.

ThreatModeler also disclosed the findings of a recent report that found that more than 67% of information technology leaders agree their team has found it difficult to keep their architectures resilient in the face of increased IT and operational technology architecture complexity and rising threats. With the increasing challenges, threat modeling is becoming an increasingly embedded best practice as enterprises seek more robust security and compliance tools for their cloud, legacy and hybrid environments.

The report also found that companies are also facing challenges from recent executive orders and legislation that are further turning the need for best practices into mandates, particularly for organizations that work with the federal government or regulated industries.
