Netflix has a bunch of new games coming this summer, including the anticipated sequel to Night School Studio’s lauded supernatural thriller Oxenfree.

Announced Tuesday, the streaming service’s upcoming lineup includes Oxenfree II: Lost Signals,(opens in a new tab) releasing on consoles, PC, and now Netflix on July 12. Set five years after the haunting events of the first game, the sequel follows the story of environmental researcher Riley Poverly, who investigates strange radio frequency signals in her hometown, which happens to be located near the original game’s foreboding Edwards Island.

Also coming to Netflix is a game that makes a lot of sense, The Queen’s Gambit Chess, landing July 25 and inspired by the 2020 series led by Anya Taylor-Joy. There’s also Newfangled Games’ top-down puzzle game Paper Trail(opens in a new tab), Game Loft’s role-playing and battle game LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed(opens in a new tab), and a more regular Cut the Rope Daily game on the way.

Netflix subscribers have access to more than 50 games(opens in a new tab) since the platform expanded to gaming in 2021. Up ahead, the company has an Ubisoft-developed follow-up to Valiant Hearts: Coming Home(opens in a new tab) called Mighty Quest: Rogue Palace(opens in a new tab) landing in April, and plans to add the Monument Valley franchise(opens in a new tab) in 2024.

If you’re only here for the Oxenfree mysteries and don’t have Netflix, however, the game will be out on Steam(opens in a new tab), Nintendo Switch(opens in a new tab), PS5 and PS4(opens in a new tab) on July 12.
