Anil Kapoor had previously won a legal case to protect his personal rights, including his name, voice, image, likeness, manner of speaking, gestures, and even his famous “jhakaas” catchphrase. The Delhi High Court banned the unauthorised use of these elements for commercial purposes.

After the actor took legal action, the Delhi High Court issued a directive to prevent the misuse of his distinctive features. The actor explained that he filed the lawsuit because his personal traits were being misused in several instances, which prompted him to take legal action.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Anil Kapoor is currently gearing up for the release of Siddharth Anand’s Fighter, co-starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone. The aerial action is slated to release on January 25, 2024.
